The University of Arkansas–Fort Smith (UAFS), through its Center for Nonprofits, engages AmeriCorps members in service both on campus and with community nonprofit partners.
The program focuses on education and literacy initiatives, youth mental health supports, and environmental stewardship while providing members with hands-on experience in community-based service.
