About the Program
The Arkansas Rural Health Partnership (ARHP) expands access to behavioral health services in Arkansas’s rural Delta region by addressing the growing mental health needs of youth and young adults.
The program creates service-to-career pathways for individuals ages 18–24 to support adolescents and young adults (ages 13–18) while helping strengthen the state’s behavioral health workforce.
